Found out today that our loan application cleared.

This means we could potentially close on the condo as early as next Friday.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Yeah, we're super freaking excited!

...Of course, this means we have to start packing sometime soon. :/

oh yeah that's always a pain in the ass, I've moved much too often in my life, I loathe it but it's gonna be worth it for you :)

Yeah, packing sucks. Our apartment is not actually big enough for all the boxes of STUFF we're going to have (I mean, all our crap fits in NOW, but once it's in boxes and off all the furniture, the boxes are, quite possibly, going to take up the ENTIRE floor space of our apartment). Thank goodness the condo is so much bigger. :)

And after this, we're totally not moving again for AT LEAST another 5-10 years if we can help it. (Well. Unless I get a postdoc position in London after I get my PhD. In which case, we're going to GTFO of America as fast as humanly possible XD )
