Found out today that our loan application cleared.

This means we could potentially close on the condo as early as next Friday.

Pomegranate is good stuff. I was just at a restaurant a couple weeks ago that made a fabulous pomegranate martini. OM NOM.

Oooh. Yum. I've never had a pomegranate martini but I've had a pomegranate margarita. That was yummy. (And apparently my cat things she he eats macaroni & cheese.)

They really are. Today I had to feed Drake a crapload of chicken to keep him from climbing up on the table and eating off of plates. XD
