long rambling update of doom

wow. I'm amazed at all the response my poem got. I mean, I didn't even think it was all that good, partially because I hardly put any work into it at all (I spent maybe 20 minutes on it, total. didn't even read it over before posting it here, actually) And I've never had that many comments in my journal before.

I guess it's kinda cool that people have been able to figure out who some of the people in my poem were. (anyone else who thinks they've figured it out, IM me and we'll chat...)

I don't think I've ever seen this many movies in such a short period of time...seriously, 3 movies in less than a week, because Friday night my family and I went to the drive-in and saw Harry Potter 3 and Shrek 2. Shrek was awesome...though I still like the first one better.

everyone should go see The Terminal. it was grand.

fireworks in Bay City last night were awesome. That was actually the first time in several years that I've gone to see fireworks for real...we usually just sit at home and watch them on tv.

But yes, I'm sufficiently exhausted...I've been up past midnight for 3 nights in a row now...fireworks last night, movies the night before, and just talking the night before that. And I'm going to be up late again tonight too, watching fireworks on tv.

know what makes me sad? when I put people on my friends list and they don't reciprocate. *pouts* yeah, you know who you are.
