beware the Ides of March?

I might have a proper update later, I don't really know. Just thought I'd mention that today is the Ides of March, because I just realized it about 5 minutes ago.

hey, if any of you are at all religious, please pray for Holly Sucic. She's one of the genetics professors at UM/F, and an amazingly cool person. She's been fighting cancer for a while now, but it doesn't look like she's getting any better. She was admitted to the hospital on Friday after having had a seizure, and she's still there now. I'm really worried about her, as are my parents (and I can't even begin to imagine how Joe (Holly's husband, also a professor at UM/F) must feel right now), so I just wanted to ask this favour of you guys.
