I'm sitting here watching a spider and a ladybug fighting on the windowsil next to me. the ladybug is about twice the size of the spider, but it's caught in the web, so I dunno how much longer it's gonna last. this is pretty cool.

too bad I'm supposed to be doing homework.

the ladybug ended up getting away. It was only held by one strand of the web, so I guess it's understandable. It was looking pretty bad for the ladybug until it managed to get off its back.

I was rooting for the spider anyway. Poor ladybug nothing...when you can vacuum like 30 of them off your window in one go, and half an hour later about that many are back again, you no longer have any sympathy for the creatures.

Well technically those ones aren't lady bugs, they're Asian Beetles. I have no sympathy for Asians (does that make me racist?). But genuine lady bugs I pity, because they're catching all kind of crap because of the Asians.

yeah, well...whatever they are, they're invading my room and it's gross. so I would like them to go away.

and on top of that, there are huge clumps of box elder bugs all over the front of our house and garage. *shudder*

yep, i got the box elder bugs too on the side of my chimney. my sister says boiling soapy water takes care of em. i wasnt too sure about that when they started flying at me...icky
