So. That condo we looked at this weekend?

We made an offer today.

With a prospective closing date of March 3rd.

My birthday is on the 5th. I get a condo for my birthday!

...I also get $85,000 more debt for my birthday.

BUT. CONDO.

950 square feet of SPACE.

Also, APPLIANCES. (OMG we get a DISHWASHER. And IN-UNIT LAUNDRY.)

Also also, ROOMS.

Okay, so. I went to a Muppets exhibit today (which, by the way, was awesome). And it made me want to watch some Muppet Show. So I did.

And I must share this with you. Because it's quite possibly one of the most awesome things I've ever seen. And it kind of makes me cry a little. But is epic and wonderful.
