Mar. 29th, 2005 11:06 amwell, had my party thing yesterday...and it was pretty fun. it was just Amanda, Heather, Rachel, and me, because Jenny couldn't make it. we ended up playing Apples to Apples for about 4 and a half hours, minus eating time and the time it took us to go shopping (for food, lol). managed to use up all the red cards, which was pretty amazing.
in the middle of playing, we decided we wanted root beer floats, so we went out to Kessel's to get stuff for that. we ended up coming home with, not just rot beer and ice cream, but also some little Ben&Jerry's ice cream things and 2 instant cheesecake mixes. so yeah, we took over the kitchen and made cheesecake right when we got home, and then went back to our game until dinnertime.
and I must say, the cheesecake was pretty good. I think we still have a couple pieces left...
after we finished playing, we went downstairs and watched a couple movies. we watched Labyrinth and made fun of David Bowie's pants (a lot), then we watched Clue after Heather went home.
that's really all I have to say about stuff right now I guess...
