camp was...camp. parts were fun, parts were miserable. same as usual.
I am, surprisingly, not sore at all. I have a sunburn on my hands that hurts like no other, but my muscles don't ache at all. there's a miracle. (side note: I officially hate the sun. I also dislike sunscreen that says it's waterproof, but isn't.)
I'm...different this year. I dunno what it is, really, but all of the sudden I've started being loud. it made Schuster spaz out a few times, actually...I'm quite surprised my throat isn't a bit sore from shouting "mellophones set!" so many times.
so here's my stupid thought of the week: "am I allowed to listen to Tom Bacon, or is that not kosher?"
senior night was pretty cool...we got to swim for like an hour (rather cold, in a outdoor pool at 10:00 at night, lol), so we played killball, boys against girls. girls won, and, amazingly, I actually scored a point. (apparently I've got "a mean throw," according to Schuster...right.) then we got to have pizza (bacon! "taste the cloven-footedness," says Barkman). even though we were allowed to stay out late, I went back to the cabin around 12:15 because there was really nothing to do except watch the others play poker (boring!)
everybody keeps saying how much fun the dance was...I, frankly, thought it was lame. parts were fun (namely when they played "Take on Me" and I actually danced), but it was mostly dumb. stupid rap. and the slow songs were really depressing. it was funny to see the interaction between Ben and Anna though...he kinda follows her around like a sick puppy. but look at it this way: if this keeps up, we'll never lose her in a crowd again.
our show rocks the treetops. seriously, we're so sweet this year. we were awesome at the game last night, even in the face of adversity (in the form of having to walk to the game because nobody cares enough about us to send us busses)
the game was pretty fun though. by some miracle, Bryant managed to get off work early, so he was there (yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and that was awesome. I'd missed him so incredibly much.
it's great to be home. had BLT's and a glass of milk for dinner last night, in blatant non-kosherness. kinda funny, really.
yeah, now I'm lazy. it's the middle of the afternoon, and I'm still in my pajamas, even though I've been up since 10:00.
