Run away! Here comes Bonnie!

so Mrs Herfert was in a really bad mood this morning (translation: she was even scarier than usual) and yes, it was bad. apparently she was mad because a book she'd submitted to be able to teach got turned down.

quiz bowl was pretty fun though, so the day wasn't totally ruined by Herfert's mood...we lost the first game by 2 points and won the second by 3. our last match was a bye, so we got to leave early and go eat. on the bus ride home (an hour cuz we were in Owosso) we had a really intense religious discussion...which I mainly just listened to because I don't exactly have strong opinions on the subject at the moment because I'm currently...questioning I guess would be the right word. but it was really interesting to listen to everyone's opinions. and frankly, I'm jealous. jealous of the people who have such a close relationship with God...I find myself wondering if I'll ever have that. I just feel so...dissatisfied right now. I can't really explain it.

to explain: we ate dinner on the way home from QB today...and then when we got in the car to head home, Eric said "well I'm ready for dinner." I smacked him and said "duh, we just ate," and he replied "that was supper. I'm ready for dinner now."
