Found out today that our loan application cleared.

This means we could potentially close on the condo as early as next Friday.

LOL It is. The first time I saw Beast I was like, "Holy shit, he's huge!" But he's really, really sweet. And all black so hard to see in the dark.

Pomegranate is good stuff. I was just at a restaurant a couple weeks ago that made a fabulous pomegranate martini. OM NOM.
