With a prospective closing date of March 3rd.

My birthday is on the 5th. I get a condo for my birthday!

...I also get $85,000 more debt for my birthday.

BUT. CONDO.

950 square feet of SPACE.

Also, APPLIANCES. (OMG we get a DISHWASHER. And IN-UNIT LAUNDRY.)

Also also, ROOMS.

Um, yeah. The seller has already accepted our offer, and is apparently signing the contract RIGHT NOW.

So, closing in March. Dude, I"m moving. In March.

If closing isn't delayed for any reason, I'll be a homeowner BEFORE I TURN 24. O.o
