great. I feel like an absolutely wonderful person right now. one of my friends is mad at me because I couldn't go to her birthday party because she changed what day it was, and by the time I found out that she'd changed the day, I'd already made plans for the day that she changed it to.

look, I'm sorry I couldn't be there, okay? I'm sorry I'd made other plans that day because I'd set aside the whole next day for you. I like to make plans a few days in advance, because I like to know what's going to be going on during the weekend, you know? and that's what I did. I planned to see Bry on Saturday and you on Sunday. I'd been looking forward to your party, looking forward to being able to hang out with my friends on a Sunday night and celebrate your birthday. maybe if I'd known a little earlier that it had changed, we could have worked something out. but unfortunately I didn't find out until the day of, and by then I'd already had plans set. I'm sorry it worked out this way.

god. I don't even know what else to say right now. except that I really wonder what brought this up all of the sudden.

You can't help that you're so loveable. Don't worry, your friend will get over it, and if they don't... well, that's a silly thing to not get over. Why not find another excuse to hang out?

Hey, just thought I'd say hi. Look, Laura's upset right now, but it's because she cares about you. I know you don't get to see Bryant very often, but Laura gets to see you even less, and she misses you. I'm not trying to guilt you or anything, I just think you should understand where she's coming from. My advice, find a day where just the two of you can go out and have a good time, you know, catch up on things. Make sure you talk to her if you haven't already.

I want to talk to her, but it's tough because I worked this afternoon, and as of half an hour ago she wasn't home from work, so I left a message for her to call me. I'm now wondering if she's actually home yet or if she's not speaking to me. heck, yesterday I wanted to talk to her and see when she was free, because I do want to hang out with her sometime soon (like, wanted to see if she wanted to come with me to see Robin Hood tomorrow night because I told her I'd see it with her, and haven't had a chance to yet...and tomorrow's the only show I'd be able to make it to), but if I can't get ahold of her, that's probably not gonna happen...and I don't know if she wants to even talk to me this soon anyway...

I'm rambling and not sure if I'm even making sense...

and I know I don't get to see her that often, but...compared to any other summer up to now, I've seen her a lot. I'm not usually a social person in the summer, but this year I've been seeing my friends a lot more than I normally would...but even so, it's hard because I work and they work and things are just generally crazy.

What can I say Bryant, I'm not confrontational. Jen, I'll try to talk to her about it. You two are really good friends and I hate to see this kind of thing go on. I'll try to help as best I can.
