Woo, good ep. Very few comments, but definitely spoilery.


Garcia in black. Hm. This is unusual.

Ouch. Emily had an abortion at 15. That makes JJ's comment back in "Children of the Dark" ("I can see it...you, kids") very much more ouch. Just, wow. (Also, am surprised matociquala didn't mention that. She usually mentions things like this.)

Also, continuity. Remember in "The Instincts" at the funeral? Where Emily crosses herself? Continuity, we can has.

And Hotch appears to have the number for the Vatican memorized. Because that's totally a normal thing.

OOOh. So the other guy was the father of Emily's kid, then? That John guy? Yes? Or am I reading too much into things now? (Arg, I am analyzing my show now.)

i LOVED that ep. explains so much about emily.

when mum and i were talking about the ep later that night, she said to me, "so how are you gonna incorporate that into your fic? because doesn't emily join the family when she's fourteen?"

... it's possible that i've talked to my mum about our story a little too much.

Yes, good ep. STILL surprised that matociquala didn't mention the connection with "Children of the Dark," though...she usually discusses that sort of thing.

So what's your opinion on incorporation of this into the fic, anyway? Because I'm not exactly sure how that would work.

Bwaha. I was telling my new friend (!) about our fic. Because I can't NOT talk about it. And he seemed to not be too weirded out about it, which is an indication that, yay, I've discovered an awesome person.

Also, I may have mentioned it to Jonathan, who just looked at me funny. (yeah, I visited Jon on Wednesday cuz I was at his school for an interview. and I had free time the day I got there).
