I can't even imagine running in heels. I would probably fall flat on my face within three steps.

Luckily, I don't have an awful lot of occasions that require me to dress up, so for the most part, not having much in the way of nice shoes isn't too big a problem. (Was interesting trying to find shoes for my wedding, though...)
